Established in 1982, Afflecks has become an icon in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Regularly voted a ‘must see’ for visitors to the city, our vibrant and eclectic market is packed full of independent traders who put their heart and soul into their products.
With over 60 small shops operating at any one time – from tattoo artists to fashion boutiques - we’ve become a hive of creativity and a safe space for entrepreneurs, artists, creators and makers to start out, experiment and grow.
For us, our mission is to offer more than just a retail destination. We’re a space for anyone with a bright idea. We want to be disruptive, different, independent, individual, trailblazing - we aim to embody the spirit of Manchester. That is why we hold such a special place in the hearts of Mancunians.
