We are a short distance from both Piccadilly and Victoria train station (10-15 minutes walk)

Alternatively you can hop on the tram/ bus where the closest stops are Piccadilly Gardens and Shudehill. From there, we have 3 entrances: Tib Street, Oldham Street and Church Street.

We have 1 lift which goes to all floors and can be found on the ground floor in Grin, closest to our Tib Street entrance

If you have a pram or wheelchair, you can enter though Church Street where we can bring out a ramp and you go through Luna and grin to get to the lift

Due to the age and the nature of the building, there are some areas that are only accessible by a few steps. These include part of the 2nd floor where the shops, Animaid Cafe, Malai Thai Massage, Punk'D Image, Modern Streets and SoapyJs are. On the 3rd floor, there are a few steps to access Dub Merchant, Tokyo Go, Higher Vibe Tribe, Urban Greenbank, and Desert Island Dumplings.

Please come to our Church Street entrance and give the team a call on 0161 839 0718, they will pop down and put out our mobile ramp for you. Then go through Luna in front of you and into Grin. Afflecks is committed to continually improving the customer journey for all visitors, including those with accessibility needs. As a 180 year old Victorian building set across multiple floors, some spaces are currently difficult to access for wheelchair users and other visitors with mobility issues. We are committed to reviewing this over the coming years.

In the interim, the Afflecks Team are happy to assist with a personal entrance plan for any customers who cannot navigate the entrance steps into the building. Once inside, all main trading floors are accessible using the customer lift. 

There are two dropped floor areas within the building that have a number of steps leading down and are not suitable for wheelchairs or scooters. These level changes would affect customers wishing to visit Animaid Cafe, Modern Streets, Punk’d Image, Malai Thai Massage, Soapy J’s Tokyo Go, Higher Vibe Tribe, Desert Island Dumplings, Dub Merchant and Crazy Pedros. Please speak to a member of Team Afflecks or the trader directly and we will assist you in shopping these businesses where possible. 

Please note, wheelchair users or those with serious mobility issues would not currently be able to attend attend weddings in the Animaid Cafe.

We offer flexible contracts and affordable licences - meaning you're not tied to lengthy leases. 

We continuously get high levels of interest for trading at Afflecks however don't always have the space available so if you have a growing business or unique business idea please get in touch via the website.

We will regularly review all of our enquiries so if we think your business would be a good fit for the building, one of our friendly staff will get back to you when a unit becomes available

We have ladies toilets with baby changing on the 1st floor next to Jamies Jungle and we have a gents and ladies toilets located on the 3rd floor in the cafe.

We also have a disabled access toilet with baby changing on the 1st floor next to Panic Posters, if you ask a member of staff for the code they will be able to let you in.

Sunday: 11am till 5pm (only ground, 1st and part of 2nd and 3rd floor - see Sunday Trading section below for more details)

Bank Holidays: 11am till 5pm (all floors from ground to third)

Fred Perry: 10-6pm Monday - Saturday, 11-5pm Sunday

Crazy Pedros: 12pm-4am Monday - Sunday

Customers can explore Afflecks every Sunday from 11am till 5pm. However, please be aware that a few of our 2nd and 3rd floor traders will be closed. A full list of traders open on Sundays can be found below:

2nd floor: Animaids Cafe, Malai Thai, Punk'd Image, Modern Streets and Soapy J's open .

3rd floor: Third Floor Rising, Tokyo Go, Higher Vibe Tribe, Urban Greenbank, Desert Island Dumplings, Alt Hub, Dub Merchant, Manchester Prints, Obscen-A-tee and Ritual Interest open.

Afflecks is fully closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.

Most of our shops take both cash and card payment however, we do have a few that are cash only, these include: Malai Thai Massage (plus Paypal), American Grafitti, Kimura Body Piercing, Starwars Man (plus Paypal).

We have 2 units which offer piercings within Afflecks. The Studio located on the 1st floor (open 7 days a week) and Kimura Body Peircing located on the 2nd floor (open Monday - Saturday). Both accept walk in bookings and you can book in advance at The Studio. You will need to be over 16 years old with a form of ID for all piercings. Anyone under that age must have a responsbile adult over 18yrs to sign the consent form. For more information and price lists please contact the traders directly.

We allow all dogs as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead. Any accidents must be cleaned up by the owner immediately.

Any job vacancies for team Afflecks are advertised around the building however if you would like to work for one of our traders, you will need to speak to them directly and hand them a copy of your CV.

Alternatively, we have a notice board for traders to advertise any job vacancies, it is located on the 2nd floor staircase close to Avant Garms.

We sell Afflecks gift vouchers to the value of £5, £10 and £20+. These can be purchased online and in store. Visit our product page here to purchase online or visit Jamies Jungle on the 1st floor next to Pop Boutique to get them in person. Please note that we only accept card payment.
