This Christmas, Afflecks, Manchester’s iconic hub of alternative culture, is flipping festive tradition on its head with the launch of the “Naughty, Not Nice” Alt Santa Postbox.

Afflecks are offering their twist on the Christmas ritual of writing letters to Santa Claus, and inviting its community of free spirits, creative minds, and alternative enthusiasts to share their unconventional Christmas wishes - a Christmas wishlist where ANYTHING goes and which is inspired by all things Afflecks. 

And one Christmas wish will come true as Afflecks’ own answer to Saint Nick, Alt Santa, promises to read every single one, and will grant one lucky Afflecks fan their dream Christmas as they will win everything (available from Afflecks) on their list. 

Visitors can browse the four floors of eclectic boutiques, vintage finds, artisan crafts, and eccentric delights, sparking inspiration for the ultimate “Naughty List” submission. 

How It Works:

1. Post your ‘Naughty, Not Nice’ letter: From now until 20th December, visitors are encouraged to pen their most daring and creative Christmas lists and drop them into the “Alt Santa” postbox at Afflecks. Include everything you’d love this Christmas  - however wild, whacky and downright weird. Be sure to include things from Afflecks that you’d love. 
2. Win your wish list: All letters will be collected, and the most imaginative, boldest, and uniquely Afflecks-worthy letter will be chosen by a panel of Afflecks aficionados. The winner will receive their entire Christmas wish list up to the value of £300.00, filled with treasures from Afflecks’ array of distinctive stores.
