To mark the return of Manchester’s famous Pride Parade for the first time in two years, we’re giving away free Pride goody bags leading up to the parade. Meet us on the 3rd floor at the cafe space to claim yours! 

As we’re celebrating Afflecks’ 40th Birthday in the city, we’re giving away 40 goody bags to the first 40 Pride attendees. The goody bags contain a hand-picked selection of Afflecks essentials including mugs, coasters and postcards as well as goodies from traders including the Gay Pride Shop, American Graffiti and Doll Parts. 

Our iconic Manchester building has also had a Pride makeover with a revamped flower display at the Church Street entrance, as well as Pride flags and rainbow umbrellas across the interior. Lots of the traders are getting involved with the Pride fun with some even offering special offers and charity donations with your purchases. 

Afflecks is home to the UK’s biggest LGBTQ+ store, Gay Pride Shop, who donate 15% of their profits to three amazing LGBTQ+ charities: The Albert Kennedy Trust - supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people who are homeless, living in a hostile environment or in a housing crisis, The George House Trust - providing HIV support and advice services and Mermaids - supporting gender variant and transgender children, young people up to 20 years old, and their families.
