Since 2010 Ginger's have been serving up bonkers and delicious flavours of ice-cream such as ‘Marmalade On Toast’, ‘Olive Oil & Sea Salt’, and ‘Chorlton Crack’. They've got several British Street Food Awards under their belt, a mobile ice cream van and their very own recipe book. Think dairy, sorbet and vegan small batch ice-cream all to be enjoyed in toasted brioche, with hot puddings, affogato style or in a milkshake.
